Refund Policy

This policy applies to services provided by Forge Growth Digital Limited, RC Number 9437238, TIN 2623745657624, registered at House 23, Palm Height Estate, Lugbe, FCT, Nigeria.
1. Setup fees and deposits
Done-for-you setup work starts after the required setup payment or agreed deposit is received. If you cancel before work begins, you may receive a full refund of the refundable portion within 7 business days.
2. After work has started
Once strategy, setup, design, CRM configuration, automation, AI training, or development work has started, setup fees and deposits become non-refundable because time and resources have already been committed.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly CRM, automation, hosting, maintenance, or support subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing period. Partial refunds are not issued for unused time inside an active billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Revisions and service issues
If something is wrong within the agreed scope, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you on reasonable revisions or fixes before any refund is considered.
5. Exceptional circumstances
If we cannot deliver the agreed service due to our own fault, we may offer a refund, service credit, or alternative resolution depending on the work already completed.
